[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Wi pod 4g lte - worst service | |||
I have been using reliance data card from jan 2016. Reliance assured me on upgrading from 3g to 4g internet with the same plan/cost. I upgraded with new device costing rs.900 puchased from one of the nearest showroom. Now the connection got disconnected and the customer care is not responding. Showroom people responded me that plans got changed. Without letting us the customers reliance doing the plan changing. This was totally unacceptable and cheating the customers.
