Reliance Netconnect — Wipod | |||||
I have purchase i wipod dongle and paid full year charges but after 6 mnths my connection was cut off. After that i contact the dealer through whome i perchased it. He told me company has changed its technology and i need to purchase a new dongle and i have tp purchade it online. I made an order paid the amount on 14/7 it says new dongle will be delivered within 10 days. After 2 weeks i try to contact them but unable to do so. I some how fing an email address and i made complaint to reliance higher authourity. I got a mail back from them saying it will be delivered within 7 days. After 10 days i am trying to connectagain to them but no response. I got a number and call there the guy sitting there said to me that i need to follow up with their delivery department and given a number. I call them and the woman there she replied me that your dongle is not dispatched yet and it will be done after 3 days. On asking the reason why its not even dispatched after so many days she said i dont know. On asking again why its taking so much time she disconnected the phone and its also a paid call. My internet is off since 3-4 weeks i am a website designer and i consistantly need net connection i got into lots of trouble. Was this information helpful? | |||||
