[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Wipot is not working, returned back and No response from Shop | |||||
I have purchased a WIPOT 4G POSTPAID vide bill No 728 dated 02 Oct 2016 from Reliance mobile store 100 feet road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. But the device has not worked from the beginning and the complaint has been registered regularly to the customer care in the interval of 72 hours as asked by the customer care service rep of yours. 2. Finally the device could not been worked and I have been given direction to return back the device to the shop. I have returned back the the device vide receipt number 211 dated 12 Oct 2016. (Copy enclosed) 3. Till the date I have not received back the device. I have visited the shop five times.Being a armed service person I have not time to visit the shop again and again. I have been asked to contact by phone. But after few months they have not responding to my phone calls Was this information helpful? | |||||
