My name is waman sathe. I had a reliance data card connection [protected]. My data connection was discontinued 2 months ago due to non-payment of earlier payments which was generated due to giving me weak information and support by the reliance customer care. They charged for automatically activating two plans at once. One was unlimited and another was a monthly limited use plan for one month. Even after requesting them to deactivate the plans they did not do anything, and now two months after the dongle was deactivated i am receiving messages to pay for the last two months, which is totally disruptive. They are asking me to pay for the data which i never used. I request them the last time to give some time to my query and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
