[Resolved] Reliance — Network Issue not resolved | |||
I have sent back to back emails to customer care dept of reliance... That I am getting poor network and not able to use the remaining allowances and is already very close to expiry of the data allowances... But still today no action was taken and I have lost almost 700MB of data as the expiry was today I need my 700MB with the extension on the expiry... I have paid to make use of my data... I will not leave it... I want the network up in running and my data which is lost... My name is Jeff Colaco My data card no is [protected] These people will take money on time, but cannot resolve customers query, it takes ages, and what about the loss of time and the data.. They would not compensate for that Poor India, suck a unfortunate customer service happens only in India Was this information helpful? | |||
