Sir my name is Athul Kamal and i am using a new reliance gsm sim([protected]) and i have an 1.5 GB data for 3 months (for new connection).But now i tried to connect my net it didn't get connected.Unable to connect to the customer care I recharged for Rs 30 but still i am facing the problem and surprisingly my balance of rs 22 got deducted without any use of mine and when i checked my net balance it says no data balance in your account and now the customer service don't even receive my calls.
