[Resolved] Reliance — Non-posting of payment and internet disconnected | |||
Internet bill amounting to rupees 1200 each for numbers-----[protected] and[protected], was paid on 25th march 2014 and connection was terminated after 2-3 days. customer complaint was registered at reliance customer care on 29th march where in we were told that within 48 hours, connectioned will be reactivated. after 48 hours as well, customer care at reliance was addressed and we were told that we have to present the paid receipts at a reliance webworld and internet will be activated. till date nothing has been solved and have received another bill of 1200 rupees where in the connection has not been used for a single second. apart from this, previous paid bill ha also been added again. several complaints and calls have been made but received no solution.
