Reliance — Not disconnecting services
I am using reliance netconnect postpaid service for this number [protected] since September 2011. They have promised to offer 1mbps speed in my area but i never used to get even more than 40 kbps of speed ever. I continued to use their services till September 2011 and paid all the bills regularly till September. I decided to discontinue their services and made several attempts to contact their customer care services but they have never given me any acknowledgement. Suddenly, in January they started threatening me by sending legal notices and messages imposing a bill of Rs. 2100. Somehow I paid the bill last week. Again I am contacted their customer care, and the associate is telling me that this number does not exist. I do not understand if the number does not exist than how come I am constantly getting legal warnings from reliance India and how I was able to made transaction of my bill payment(without any usage) on their website. I am totally disappointed and could not afford to pay a single rupee for this horrible net connection. Please help me. Was this information helpful?
