[Resolved] Reliance — Pathetic service | |||
On first of April 2015 i lost my mind & bought Reliance 12months unlimited GSM plan for Rs11000. I have faced problem since the day 1 of buying this plan even regarding order as there was a delay in order completion & reliance is famous for that. Somehow got the SIM but it didn't work after around 725 calls made to reliance customer care, complaints department, local activation team head, chennai sales team & appellate authority SIM started working. Since then i can't stay on a call continuously for more then 45seconds without it getting drop, 3g works on a speed of 0.5 mbps (50kbps) slower then 2g but yes as Reliance promised everything is unlimited its different if you can't use it. Customer care staff can't speak English or Hindi & unfortunately i can't speak Marathi as calk center is based in Mumbai. I was told some device called DG battery has gone faulty in the tower & will be fixed soon. Its been many months nothing happened so far. Ironically DG battery fixes itself as i get good speed between 6Am to 8AM then it goes bad again & it happens daily. So guys bottom line is that don't near reliance for anything even if they are giving you anything for free & as far as i am concerned i will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
