No person available for Air facility at jio petrol pump Jhalawar

Sir i am raghunath singh 4 sep 2023 ko morning me petrol lene (relince petrol pump dd nagar gate no 1) par gaya tha, pump staf ne card se payment lene se manah kar diya or upi payment bhi nahi liya .jab mene is ka karad pucha to staff ne batmiji karni shru kar di, or gali galoch karna shru kar diya, muje bahut bekar laga free me to petrol de nahi rahe hai. sir me jab bhi morning me card se(online) payment ke liye mana kar dete hai .

I am a regular user o[censored]r product.
Today I visited one o[censored]r petrol pump named as Tirupati Balaji enterprise locate in bajauli Aurangabad bihar.
I asked the fuel man to put the petrol in my vechile and he put the fuel of 176.18 and made the payment of it using PhonePe.
As my payment was successful but he did accepted that and ask me to make the payment again.
When I ask him the reason he used abuaive word and also threatened me to seized my vechile if I don’t pay it.
Is it the right behaviour.

I was going home so somewhere after itaunja, lucknow on sitapur highway... There is a reliancepetrol pump.. I ask the fuelman pankaj to refil 5lt petrol.then i ask to to lock the machine but ye didnt listen.. So my bill was 482.80rsbut pankaj use my my creditcard to bill for 483rs when i aek him why are you charge extra money.. So his statemwnt was, "hum to aise hi katege jo karna hai kare.. " So i asked owner number so he denied to give the number then we have a argument about him he offeree me 1 rs like i m begger...

In Jio bp(bio Petrol) petrol bunk there is no density showing while loading the diesel(oil) or petrol. This is clearly cheating the public as well as the Government. It is going to be a big problem. Please solve the issue as early as possible. Otherwise it will difficult to read the oil while loading the oil into any vehicle. Once again, I am reminding you that Please fix the as
early as possible in Jio bp bunk.

Reliance Petrol Pump at Waghodia Road, Vadodara, Gujarat they are doing fraud with customer and misbehaving with the customer and using bad words and denying to resolve problem. They are doing Cheat with the petrol that are seen by me Now on 29.08.2023 at 10.05 AM at there and then i am said to that why are you fraud in petrol so that are Slap to me.

HELP ME.

There is a Reliance Petrol Pump in my area, they don't show the density of the petrol and whenever I complain they say that it's an old Despenser so we can't show the density . Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

I went to fill my scooter tank. Asked the guy to fill for Rs 260.
He starts filling and finishes at Rs 60. Then I said I asked for Rs 260. So he needs to fill Rs 200 more. But he restarts from 60 and filled upto 200 instead of starting from Zero. So I have paid Rs 260 and got petrol of Rs 200. So plz help me to save other people from this scam

I am a regular customer of reliance petrol pump.Today I went there for refiling my vehicle then after i asked the staff for air refill they told that the pump is out of service. This is happening for the fourth time and when I asked for the complaint book. The spoke with me in a very harsh and abusive language in front of people and they didn't gave me complaint book. I am very disappointed with this. The result will be that they will lose a loyal consumer

Air pump is allways out of service

They're not accepting online transaction & card payment, and some employee talk with Rudely.

Today I take a fuel of 3066 for my car from Sandeep Reliance petrol pump nabha when I ask for air they said they have no man for air.
So air is not available.

I filled petrol from reliance petrol pump located in Radhaswami bagh, 303702 by nam.
I Hv instructed to autocut my tank for fill.but they overflow my tank.wested fuel on the floor.Charfes full amount 353rs.
Uneducated staff.

Hi Team,

After filling up my bike in reliance petrol pump situated in mudhol taluk (Bagalkot district) I parked my bike aside and moved towards the office to pay using upi and suddenly the staff started yelling stating that I did not tell him that i was going to pay online and I told him don't shout at me but he still continued and asked him that I want to speak to his manager or owner about this situation. He took to the office and when I explained the situation to the owner or manager even he started to behave in the same manner and pushed me out of the office and when I said that I'll complain about this he said he doesn't care and asked me to just pay and get out of here.
I was really horrified about this incident like how people are behaving for such small incident.

I request the team to take necessary action against this petrol pump manager(owner), staff so that the customer treated well henceforth.

Hoping response/update from team ASAP.

In today’s scenario when govt is taking initiative of clean India the washroom at the petrol pump is in such a pathetic situation that one cannot even look at that side.The staff was so unprofessional and rude that they are not even ready to accept there fault.Pathetic people and pathetic service

I had refilled diesel from Chatha Brothers - Shamgarh, Karnal.
After refilling I was in lane to take air but his staff ignored me and refilled another car which came after me.

Very unprofessional staff, jio bp have and after pinpointing, manager was also very unprofessional and said ki ' Hawa Leni hai to lo nahin to jao"
And I just far way from there.

Today i.e. 30th may i went to a reliance petrol pump (madhav nagar, katni) to fill petrol in my vehicle but the staff was not at all coordinative and started using foul language and denied to fill the petrol in my vehicle. This is not at all acceptable, I believe necessary steps will be taken against the staff present at that point.

Today when I went to Chamoli filling station petrol pump Jolly Grant.So there was no employee present on that.After a long time an employee came and started filling oil in all the vehicles.which made me very late And after about 20 minutes my number came.This is very worrying. After that when I asked him to fill air in the tyre, he refused.Is this your behavior towards your customers.Please fix this problem as soon as possible.thank you

On dated 12/05/2023 at 9:34 am we visited the pump station address Reliance BP Mobility Limited, Bareilly Road, Uddam singh Nagar, Kiccha 263148 having invoice no [protected] and asked for Diesel filling of Rs 4000/ for our vehicle no HR26 AT 0018.
My complain is regarding the gas filling person who misbehaved when u waited for 15 mins for this particular service and he was busy in private service of generating pollution certificate to other vehicles, my concern is not my time but the behave and responsibility he showed for the private work, he missed behaved and said do what ever u want .
post such gesture from him we visited the pump office and asked for compliant register, called the person whose number was mentioned on the board, .
The number was not working and the office staff was completely mis managed . they search for register for 10 mins, we wrote a complain and post writing everything we find that we had not put carbon behind the page sharing the series no 156 .
Reliance is not a small name, we respect each service and follow the rules as a civil citizen but we need responsibility from other side too .please took into the matter and do the needful on regular intervals as one time action will not impact the system .
