Reliance Petroleum — reliance petroleum limited - triple option convertible debenture reliance petroleum limited-tradable warrant

I have 100 debuntures (1-certificate) of reliance petroleum limited triple option convertible debentures issued during june 1993. And i have with me 200 nos. Of tradeable warrant of reliance petrolium limited (2 certificates) issued during may 1997.
Now i would like to encash those certificates. Please guide me what i have to do to encash those certificates.
