[Resolved] Reliance — Please add my balance | |||
I recharge 251 Prepaid but I didn't get any data balance on number [protected]. I asked costumer service about that is payment was made by me or it is refundable then there is the reply that you have done 251 recharge but it was wrong recharge so the amount is not refundable. "Is I am waste my 251 rs on reliance for nothing" I want my money back reliance.i have already two times consumer complaint on 02/08/15 and 04/08/15 but not solve my pblm..please solve my pblm as soon.
