[Resolved] Reliance — Poor service, bad response, mental harassment for paying bill | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was using reliance 3G INTERNET ([protected]) for the past 1.5 years and paying bill regularly. But from the last 3-4 months i was getting frustrated because of very poor network. I was regularly follow up with reliance customers service regarding for the same, they are always said that your problem will be resolve within 24 hours or our technical engg will be visit your home withing 24 hours, but the result will be the same & the technical engg newer call me for visit. The procedure of register a complaint is very difficult with reliance. Just trying trying and trying for the customer service but said that all line are busy try after some time...and if by mistake call will be received by your staff said hello hellooooooo your voice is not clear and just put my call on hold. This kind of mental harassment i will faced for the 5 months. Then i was register a complaint to stop my service then they asked why are you closing your account your problem will be solved quickly... but result will be the same. Then finally i will decide that not to pay upcoming bill & it works, after skipping my 1st bill to pay starts to receive so many calls a day for the bill paying bill from reliance. And as usual i was describing my frustrating story to the customer care then getting quick response from them first you pay your bills then the service will stop else bill will be generated as well. You tell me sir without using INTERNET how will be the bills get generated. But i am sticked to stop this service then they are providing me a complaint no[protected] and assured me that this will be getting stopped within 24 hours. But i was getting shocked when the next day i received a call from reliance for the same resion & after my explanation of the above complaint no[protected] they said that this complaint number is not done & ready to provide me another number if i will pay my previous bills. :(:( It is too horrible to deal with reliance. From your side very easy to call us for demanding bill But from our side very difficult to covey our message to reliance. After 3 months bill will be getting stopped automatically don't know how & Now, starts receiving a mental harassment call from Ms.Nisha Aggrawal - [protected]. She is telling to me she don't know what is the resion behind it just call me to inform me that a i am under a case of foul play and Mr.Abhinav is the advocate stands against me for the case of foul play. I am asking for provide me the details of Mr.Abhinav (Advocate) she is just ignore to provide me the details of him. :(:( Without any court notice without any information said i will be under a case of foul play and go to the court for the same. If it is the right way to deal & harass your customers then i will be register a complaint to customer court for the harassment.
