Reliance — Postpaid charging or Wrong plan

They called from the reliance ( outsourced company) to change my prepaid data card to post paid. They insisted on 450 monthly unlimited but after converting now they say its not unlimited. they charged 615 for ten days ( billing date 23/12/13 to 04/01/14) . They also converted my other relience data card number which i dont use it anymore, and sent a bill to me for that inactive number too. I have asked these people to terminate my connection immediately but they are not doing insisting I pay first.
