Reliance Postpaid — Miscommunication | |||
I am using Reliance post paid connection from past 3 years recently I got to know 100 MB data usage are free so I started using it and my bill shootup for exceeding usage I paid my bill called customer care and customer care representative confirmed the internet service is disabled. By mistake a kid taken the phone and did some internet usage and the bill again shootup to 1800. I was amazed when the customer care confirmed over the call that the data usage are closed on my number then how come I can still use internet. I did the complaint for the same in reliance AppellateAuthority but got no convincing answer and they said they will take action against the representative but this will not solve the purpose for me because ultimatly I have to pay.
