[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid — No updation of my bill | |
Dear sir,
I, Abhinav Srivastava, user of reliance postpaid
number[protected]. Sir my last bill is 219.83rs and my last date for
paying bill is 12 nov 2014 which i paid on same date by 200rs amount .sir
my problem is i did call to customer care so many times for updation my
bill but they only give me a request number and always said your request
is under processing but did not update . On 20th nov i register my
complain but till date 28 nov 2014 they did not update my bill .
I have a receipt of my paid bill .
