[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid — Wrongly Charged | |||
As i am using Rim Postpaid connection since last 7-8 months, But when a asked to customer care executive in jun 2014 that what are the benefits are given to me on my 125Rs. Corporate plan then they said that you have 50MB 2G free data usage there is no any extra charges for using 50MB but when my bill for june month is generated i just completely shocked they have charged me about more than 400Rs. which is very unfair for any customer .So i just tried to contact customer care executive for registering complain regarding wrogly charged But they din't way-off any amount from total bill amount And my reliance services has been barred either for Incoming or Outgoing, Because of that I am in very loss(approax 10000 Rs.), neither a can receive any call nor i can make any call. So please it's a request to you that please way-off my money And start my services whether iam ready to pay which is correctly charged .
