Dear Sir/Madam,
on 02.11.2013 I was unable to call as there was msg of Insufficient Balance .Thn I have done recharge of Rs.197 online.My bank a/c was debited and recharge msg Rs 197 was received . But Iwas unable to calle yet and getting msg as "insufficient balance.
For about next 04.11.2013 I was unable to call. Thn once calling was started ..again 13.11.2013 I was unable to call and getting error as "Insufficient Balance ".
I have called customer care but they were unable to answer me in this regard.
Kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis.
