Reliance Prepaid Services — Unnecessary balance deduction | |||
Dear sir, I am totally fed up with stupid reliance. I am using reliance from around 2009. 1. Poor customer care service. 2. Unnecessary balance cut from last two month. Every month I unsubscribe from everything. And they deduct unnecessary amount for caller tunes and gprs n all. And every time customer care executive says sir I am forwarding ur call to our senior n in the end I wait for 15 mins n never got any response. Completely unsatisfied with stupid network. They cut money every month from several customers. I am not rich enough to bear this pain every time. Reliance has ruined my 1st day of 2016. Customer care executive name is Laxman n there are many more. 3.Reliance has the worst net facility. Was this information helpful? | |||
