[Resolved] Reliance — Prepaid Sim service stopped by RELIANCE | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased new Reliance prepaid sim Mo. No. [protected] on dated[protected]. After one month suddenly my sim service is stopped by Reliance without any intimation on dated[protected]. when i contacted customer care - He said me some problem related cross verification He advised me to Re-submit documents to any Reliance Store. I had Re-submit my documents to Reliance Store at Govindwadi Isanpur Ahmedabad on dated[protected]:00 PM but still today - this moment my sim service is not resume by Reliance. I am requesting you to Re-start my sim service as early as possible and no service period should be added to my tarrif plan. Thanking You. Was this information helpful? | |||
