[Resolved] Reliance Prepaid — Sim zero balance automatically | |||
Hi, Hi have two reliance prepaid sims [protected] and [protected]. Both sims got zero balance automatically.sim balance was Rs33 & rs42 simultaneously.When i call Customer care they said same answer "Due to technical problem we cannot see your status kindly call again" 4 times i call same ans.Next day early morning i found they desabled my customer care, then i call customer care from diff number they said i sent ISD, sms but i did sent any and tey misbehaving and treat like i am lying.This is really cheating whom we can ask for justice.Kindly notice.
