[Resolved] Reliance — Problem in contacting customer care and not proper in providing details

I have bought a new reliance sim and whenever i want to know about the plan, the reply is "we are unable to process your request at the moment".so i m not able to know my plan.Thats why i have recharged with Rs.107 without knowing that still my previous plan exists.For help i called 198 but really its time consuming and useless..I was not able to reach them. please do something to refund or change that amount in to talktime.mobile no:[protected]..solve my problem as soon as possible.
