Reliance — recharge 173 data pack but i didn't get any thing and my sum of amount is not refunded.

I recharge 173 Prepaid Data Pack but I didn't get any data balance on number [protected]. I asked costumer service about that is payment was made by me or it is refundable then there is the reply that you have done 173 recharge but it was wrong recharge so the amount is not refundable. "Is I am waste my 173 rs on reliance for nothing" I want my money back reliance.
