Reliance — Recharge amount not working | |||||
I bought a Reliance sim on 28th November 2016 with a plan of Rs.149 which included unlimited local/ Std calls valid for a month. The scheme was told to last for six months and every month a recharge of Rs. 149 had to be made to keep the scheme working on the number. I went to the reliance center, got a recharge done still my number is not working. Self help number shows correct last recharge details but my number isn't working.I called the customer care number several times, got no response, keeps the customers waiting for more than an hour and ultimately we have to keep the phone down. On 28th December one of your employee responded to the call and he said that this is not the number for complaints, he gave me another number and when i dialed it, it was an incorrect number. On 29th December, I got to know that the company has raised the value of the scheme to Rs. 152, i got another recharge done for Rs.30 and now it says"Service not Available on your number". Your company is just fooling its customers, cheating the whole country, such a bad response to complaints, inefficient work and policies.This is what you provide.
