Reliance — Recharge with 96rs and no facility is given me about this recharge

I am recharge with 96rs and no facility given me by reliance. I recived msg for 96rs rechage which is mentioned in bracket(RC 96 RCd successful Enjoy TT of Rs. 75, All calls at 30ppmin for 90 days.n 500 MB Data for 30 days.)but this service is not given on my mobile no. When i call to Costomer support executive he said me to you are recharged with 96rs which is FRC so you will not get any facility for this recharge because this facility is available for new connection
Plz help
My 96rs is spend on recharge and no. Facility will be given me by reliance
