Reliance — Regarding MNP | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Reliance Post paid customer my number is [protected]. Due to high network problem I want to port my number to another network. Regarding this I sent 5 time porting request on 21.11.14, 25.11.14, 9.12.14, 15.12.14 and 25.12.14 respectively. But every time reliance had rejected my porting request. When I called to their customer care @ 198 they told me your request is under process. From 21.11.14 to till date I called to their customer care so many times but all is in vain. I never didn't get any satisfactory answer from their side, they always said your request is under process. Due to network problem I am losing my customer.
