We have taken Reliance broadband connection and the
subscribe ID is[protected]. From the day one after taking this connection we
are facing many problems because Reliance does not have a process and any system.
We have opted for 5GB unlimited plan and the executive of Reliance made a
blender by entering in the system as 10GB
which we were not aware .Finally after receiving the bill, we have inquired
with the customer care of reliance which is of no use and they are just dummy
only for name sake. We have escalated the issue to all the possible higher
authorities referred by the customer care where all our efforts are in vain. Every
time they assure us to wait saying that they will do the waiver and finally add
the late payment fees and have cheated us. We are helpless because the higher
authorities of Reliance are not bothered about their customer / customer complaints
then what can we expect from the customer care executives?
Last month we did not have internet connection for 20days,
but they have collected the entire amount. Now this month from past 1 week the
internet connection is not working, to escalate the issue the customer care
toll free no:[protected] never works only . I would
request the Reliance Management to change their IVR/ Recorded message from:”
Your call is important to us” to “We take our customers for granted”. We tried continuously
for three days and final we got the Mumbai office number which is of no use.
They have transferred the call to corporate office from there again they
suggested us to call the toll free no: 1800 3000
7777. This is the best example to show how much Reliance care about the customers.
Finally after informing them regarding the non-functioning of toll free no: 1800
3000 7777. They have transferred the call to customer care. After listening to
entire story they just gave the complaint number to wipe our tears. Till date
the issue is not resolved.
Reliance is good at collecting the
money and very very bad at rendering the service.
1. The customer care sounds as if they
are helpless and most of the time they are not trained on how to attend to a
customer
2. They do not have any answer to the
customer issues, if you ask for any higher authority to raise the issue for
that also they do not have an answer.
3. The poor customer who is stuck with
all the above decides to waste his energy and time to go personally to the
Reliance office to escalate their issue, but they are not left with that option
also as there is no office in Bangalore. Just imagine how transparent the
Reliance Company is.
Seriously very frustrating and
helpless. End of the month Reliance will be very prompt in torturing the
customer with reminders to pay the bill without finding the opinion of the
customer about their service (atleast to take feedback about their services).
Overall it looks like the strategy
which they are following because nobody can question them; nobody can raise
voice against them. End of the day they are getting their profits by penalizing
the customers for their faulty services.
