Reliance — Reliance net setter 3 | |||
Sir, i have put up request to cancel reliance net setter that i have taken up.the request no being[protected]. but they are saying that they will take around seven days to cancel the connection and for that i will have to pay the bill for that. the net disconnection is from their side and thy are asking me to pay the bill for that. any way to resolve the issue?? Thanks for forwarding the call. but still the issue is not resolved. Just because the company takes 7 days to deactivate the device doesnt mean that the customer/consumer should suffer. The first time i called customer care today and asked them to deactivate the device, a lot of other offers were put forward with a pleasant face but when i said deactivation has to be done and i wont be using the device, they argued that i will have to pay for the device even after the deactivation request has been put forward. the deactivation process is not on the consumer side and is from the company side. the company took only 24 hours to activate the device and all bills are generated so on the exact time without delay.so asking the customer to pay for the time the company takes is just plain cut throat policy.
i would not be recommending reliance or any of its services in any form to anybody.
