Reliance — Reliance Netconnect broadband + very poor speed

Hi, I am fed up with super low / pathetic internet speed that i am getting from Reliance Netconnect broadband + dongle. I have been filing complain to them since 6 months but they haven't provided solution and connectivity is getting worst to the extent that i feel like throwing away the device. There is no followup either. I want my refund back if they cannot provide right speed as committed. I feel its mental torture as there is no solution to it and I need good speed being into Software industry. It's impacting my professional life as well. Regards, Surbhi Daga
