[Resolved] Reliance — Reliance network not working - company asking to port out | |||||
Hi, I am using Reliance GSM SIM from last many years like around 7-8 years. From last 3 days there is no network in my mobile. When I called the customer care, they told that My number should be ported out to some other service provider otherwise within 15 days, my number will be inactive. They have uninstalled all the 2G networks and only 3G networks are available. Wherever there is 3G network is there, I can use my phone there. But still my number needs to be ported out from Reliance to some other service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||

asked me recharge with 11/- to migrate to 3g plan.
I did the same.
Then it took some time and now the network is there.
Now the network is there and my phone is working. Thanks for the help.

Recharged with 11/- as per instruction. Still there is no network. It is almost 5 days I am not able to use my phone. Please help.
