Reliance — Reliance wi pod 4G | |||
Consumer no:[protected] Data card number : [protected] Hi, I am an exisiting customer of the reliance wipod cdma unlimited plan (Inr.1500). My connection was disconnected abruptly on july 14 and i was told to upgrade to 4g service. I was told that my unlimited plan would carry forward such that i would get 4g speeds for 25gb data and unlimited data from there on at 144kbps at the same preexisting rate. However after using my service for roughly 10 days out of which 4g speeds were only available for 4 days and consumption of 15gb data, i was billed an astronomical amount of inr.45000. On complaining, i was informed that the revised bill was about inr 7000 instead of the proposed inr 1500 as per my old plan. There was no intimation about my plan being changed or any correspondence from reliance and now i am expected to pay 4 times the amount for using their 4g service for approximately 10 day. I would appreciate if you could address this issue at the earliest. P. S.- i am not going to pay you the amount of inr 7000 come what may, mainly because of what i was assured by your customer service of the plan being carried forward.
