Request [protected]-310525. We have an AMC valid till Oct 26 and the spare is under warranty. Despite our repeated follow ups we are unable to get our service done.
Today we had called customer care number the lady attending was not wiling to hear us and instead was giving unwanted advise. We called Trimulgiri from where AMC was taken and they are not responding and we get message - call you later.
Your"s is a company of International stature and we fail to understand for the poor quality of service being given.
