I have submitted my Samsung G360X/ES to Resq at rehmat house swaroop nagar Kanpur
Everytime i visit there store They use to increase the recieving date every time
Everytime there is a arguement between me and employer
I have experienced very poor service here
And still now i havent recieve my phone
And from now onward im now going to take any plan of reliance digital

Whirlpool washing machine

I have purchased whirl pook washing machine, and one technician came for demo he does not know any thing about operations of machine, then after lot of time i pur a request for the problem in washing machine but no body attended the technician totall i disapointed i got frustated with this res q tem.
I got the problem in washing machine inlet water and drum cleaner every thing your technictian not given proper demo resq team techincian does not know any thing about machine, please send proper technicial as soon as possible

Washing machine

I purchased whirlpool fully automatic top load washing machine at reliance digital. After some time machine have a sound problem. Then i called the reliance resw. They came in my home and said your will go to our service center. And they take away my washing machine on 2nd july 16.
But now till date my washing machine not come in my home.
I called many time in reliance resq in gurgaon and your toll free no[protected].
But they did not any satisfaction ans new when i called this toll free no they are saying my sistem is not upgrade and i'll call u after some time but they don't call me.

Dell laptop problem

I have my laptop, which was submitted on 4th july, 2016 at my nearest reliance resq. I have 2 problems:-
1) lcd problem
2) laptop getting shutdown after 5 minutes of booting
I used to call them everyday, but they never picked up the phone. For this i had made earlier complaints also in their toll free no ([protected]). From this toll free number, they used to connect by directly calling to the engineer's number. At that time they told me that problem 2 (Laptop getting shutdown after 5 minutes of booting) is rectified in the 2nd week of submitting my laptop.
Firstly, they had taken a long time to reply. Now coming to problem 1,
On 22nd july, they told that they were going to bring the laptop lcd.
On 23rd july, they told me that the new lcd is also having problem, so they will go back to replace it again on monday and will get it rectified.
In the meantime, i told them that, i stay at bangalore due to my job, so i need the laptop by 23rd july, 20106 as i am going back to there on 24th july, 2016. They committed that they will be giving it to me on that day, but they failed. And due to this issue, they took the advantage as i am not in kolkata.
On 26th july, they are telling a long story that, the lcd is right, but there is a motherboard problem, and hence the laptop is getting shut down again, and they are unable to service my motherboard, as the motherboard is broken and they are forcing me that, i had broken my laptop's motherboard by opening it. Moreover, how can they take 23 days to diagnose this motherboard issue? What type of repair had they done earlier, when they told me that this shut down issue is rectified?
Now, i can also claim that, you can also broke it while repairing. How can you force me? More over, why are you telling these stories today (After so many days), when my resq warranty gets exhausted by 10th july, 2016?
For all these, i had complained today at 01:06 pm also. After complaining, within 1 hour they are calling me at 02:11 pm and telling that they repaired the motherboard and it is ready. But first they denied that it is not serviceable. Whatever you can, you can do. I will get monthly salary from reliance. I felt ashamed for reliance, that they are working with these type of people. You can not deliver a faulty machine to the customer. I don't want a broken motherboard. I had submitted my laptop on warranty period only.
Now my warranty got expired on 10th july (But i submitted the laptop on 4th july, 2016), and i am also out of kolkata. So they are taking this advantage. Please look into this issue and help me by replacing it instead of repairing it and i will ask them to courier it.
I am attaching a screenshot of the reply which i had received from them. Please refer the attached screenshot of their reply 2 days back, now i want an update on this and tell me when will you deliver my product?

I have purchased a hitachi a. c. twin motor on 12/06/2016. on 10/07/2016 a. c. became u/s. complain booked reference no.[protected] and assured me that technician will visit within 24-48 hrs. after lot of persuation technician came on 14/07/16 and told capacitor u/s. technician mr. salman took rs.850/- from me and bring capacitor. but after changing the capacitor a. c. not become serviceable. i agian persue the problem to local rel digital mr amit chaturvedi store manager send a technician mr. moin he checked and told motor u/s and unit will be replaced. so for i have that faulty a. c. and i am suffering a lot. no replacement has been done. you are sending msg that yr request [protected] has been completed. please replace faulty a. c. as soon as possible.

Panasonic 1 ton split ac for misleading the customer to buy 1 ton ac

I am really grieved due to the system of reliance digital store .on 16 june 2015 i bought a new spilt 1 ton panasonic ac and before buying as a purchaser i told all necessary details about the room in which it has to be installed and the engineers of reliance guided me to opt for 1ton even when the engineers came to install the ac i asked several times 1 ton is for this room .from that day to this day i am encountering problems with the ac .its not even one year when i filed the complain on 3rd june but service of reliance is worst.they have troubled me alot in these hot summers when ac is a must and yet not they are able to solve my problem .therefore i want reliance to replace my 1ton ac from 1.5ton i am ready to give some extra money for that too. This was big problem from the reliance store

HV water purifier

I logged complaint for a water purifier and it is not resolved yet after waiting for 1.75 months.
Date of complain registration: 14th april 2016
Problem: water over flow from purifier and causing lot of trouble.
I followed so many times with different engineer, using their customer support call/emails.
After several followup engineer visited few times, in last 6 weeks they replaced 4 parts and still same problem exists. From last 10 days, no engineer picking any phone.
Their services is really poor and certainly i m failed to understand why charging so much of amc and other stuff.
Date of complain registration: 14th april 2016

Panasonic water purifier not working

Hi,
I logged a complaint on 1st may 2016 regarding repairing my panasonic ro+uv water purifier. The reliance technician visited multiples times from 3rd may till 20th may but they could not repair it saying that they do not have parts to repair it.

Worst service and false commitments to sell resq plan

This is naresh kumar. S, i purchased lg front loading washing machine on 16/09/2013 in reliance digital, whitefiled, bangalore. During the time of purchase, marketing representatives advised me to purchase the resq plan along with the product which will help to fix any damage in free of cost after the brand warrenty. So i purchased the resq plan along with the product.
Three weeks before, i observed the machine was not running and i called up the lg customer care executive to have a look. One of the service engineer inspected and he advised that due to rat bite some of the wire kit and pcb got damaged and advised me to contact resq team to get it fixed as it is still under the resq warrenty period.
So i contacted resq team on 8th may 2016 and explained all the issues (Includig rat bite) which was inspected by lg engineer. From resq team, they raised a complaint against this issue and shared me the request number [protected] and informed me that within 24 to 48 hrs my issue will get fixed. I waited for more than 48 hrs and no engineer turned up or called me to inquire about the issue.
After rmultiple follow ups, on 12th may, one of the customer care executive told that since the part was damaged, they ordered the product with lg brand to replace which it will take minimum 4 to 5 working days. And they told that engineer will call me on 18th or 19th for fixing the issue.
Since i was out of station on 18th & 19th, i informed the engineer to come on 20th may for replacing the damaged parts.
As requested, the engineer called me today and said that, it is chargeable to replace the damaged parts. Though i said it is under resq plan warrenty period, he was not agreeing to come and fix for free of cost and advised me to reach out resq team.
When i called resq team, they are saying that rat bite is not coming under warrenty period and it is chargeable as per the terms and conditions of resq.
Now my concerns and frustrations about the service.
- terms and conditions were not properly explained during the purchase of resq plan and false commitments were given like any damages can be fixed for free of cost highlighting the difference of brand warrenty and resq warrenty. This is the main reason for purchasing resq plan. Now i become the victim.
- no resq customer care executive highlighted that rat bite is not coming under warrenty when i raised the initial complaint. I. E on 8th may or even after that.
- within 24 to 48 hrs, no engineer turned up or called me to inquire about the issue as told by the customer care executive.
- during every follow up call, it was informed me that an engineer will be visiting to my home for inspection. Due to this i need to ignore all other my work and make myself availability, but at last no engineer turned up or visited home or even contacted me. Like this i wasted three days.
- after multiple follow ups, customer care executive informed me that, the damaged product has been ordered and asked me to wait for 3 to 5 days, so that my issue will get fixed.
-atlast the worst thing is, after 15 days, it was informed me that rat bite is not covered under resq plan and told me that it is chargable for replacing any damaged parts as per the terms and conditions.
- now i totally wasted 15 days without using the product and the resq service which i paid for false commitments.
I am writing this mail to highlight the concerns and frustrations where most of the customers were trapped and being trapped like me and i don't know as a compensation whether my concerns will be resolved by realising the worst service provided by the resq team.

Poor service by the resq office at rs puram, coimbatore

My 3 year old reconnect emergency lamp stopped working 15 days ago. I took it to resq office on 3rd may 2016. I was assured the mechanic will assess it next morning and his report will be passed on to me by noon on 4th may.
Nobody from resq office has called me till today. So ihave been calling them almost everyday to get the status report. The response has always been (The same male voice everyday) "i have not got any information from the mechanic, i will give you the information tomorrow". After hearing the same reply for 4 days, when i pointed out the lack of any progress, he became very rude and discourteous in his manner of speech and cut the call.
Today on he 11th of may, 8 days after giving my emergency lamp, i have still not received any information from resq regarding the type of problem it is having., is it repairable, and what the cost of the repair etc.

Karbonn mobile service

I gave my mobile phone for service in chrompet reliance digital for screen flickering issue. That issue was resolved after 2 weeks, but the phone was mishandled and damage was done to screen and phone edges.
So i gave back the phone to repair the same. It has been nearly 40 days since and i still have not received the mobile back. No proper response and saying some stupid reasons each time i make a call.
They never inform of what the present status is and i am seriously worried about my phone.
The service center guy stopped attending my calls and chrompet reliance digital's person response is also not so good. They promise that they will escalate but i don't think they are planning to do so.
So i gave back the phone to repair the same. It has been nearly 40 days since and i still have not received the mobile back. No proper response and saying some stupid reasons each time i make a call.
They never inform of what the present status is and i am seriously worried about my phone.
The service center guy stopped attending my calls and chrompet reliance digital's person response is also not so good. They promise that they will escalate but i don't think they are planning to do so.

Reliance resq care plan service deficiency

On 5th april 2016, i had registered a service request for re filling of the gas in one of my voltas 1.5 ton window air conditioner which is covered under resq care plan. The issue was diagnosed by one of their engineer during a service visit on 2nd april 2016.
The service request number given is – [protected].
I was informed by the call center executive that it would be attended within 24 to 48 hours. However, i did not get any response. After waiting for 2 days, i inquired from your call center again and i was told that the service request would be addressed on that same day.
Still nobody turned up. Since then, i have been calling the support center on almost every alternate day to be told the same story.
During one of my calls, i had asked the executive to let me speak to the seniors on the issue and i was surprised to hear his reply that no seniors are available in the call center to redress consumer complaints.
Further, on 10th april 2016, when i made a call, i was given a stupid reply that the gas is out of stock and it would take another 2 – 3 days to get my air conditioner refilled.
I feel harassed and cheated, as today, even after 7 days, my service request remained unaddressed. I am utterly disappointed to have experienced such an unprofessional and hopeless conduct from a brand like reliance.
I am not interested in continuing amc services with reliance resq anymore and expect 100% refund from the company falling which i will be forced to file a complaint with consumer redressal forum.

I have purchased the aquaguard from reliance digital one year back and had issue earlier already where the resq service was worse.But this time i had called up cc and they say that the bill has no records in the cc and have to contact the reliance digital showroom from where i have purchased.Contacted with complaint no. [protected].The technician came after my continuous followup but could not service it as were not equipped with the knowledge.After which they said will come next day with the manual and asking their seniors.Till date waiting for them, its almost 6 days today.Even the sm and the technician doesn't lift the phone nor they bother to call me and get the issue resolved.Pathetic and worse service by resq everseen...

I have given my laptop for repair work under Reliance resQ plan No: [protected] at Surat service center, My laptop specifications : Company : HP, Model No. : 15-r 008 TX . It has been 15 days I tried to call service center but I got very bad response from customer executive, and I have no information regarding Duration of repair work of my laptop . It was not expected from Reliance .

Purchased panasonic P81 mobile from reliance digital, focus mall. got it insured under resq plan. display got broken a year after purchase, that is in 2015. unfortunatley i handed it over to reliance digital trissur for repair on DEC 2 then it all started. now its jan 22. wasted my energy and money by calling them. first the expected delivery was within 10 days, then 20, one month, then again another month, , the service manger one Mr RIBIN( cochin) whom which i talked thinks as if he is the owner of reliance. some one from the head office should take a look at this man and his approach with the customers. One man and his approach can spoil the entire reputation o[censored]r company among others.. and a question to the OFFICIALS OF RELIANCE.. WILL I INSURE ANYTHING UNDER RELIANCE RESQ PLAN HERE AFTER?

But my a/c has got damaged and I have complained at service centre and customer care repeatedly but till now my AC has not been repaired. So to solve this problem you must take some measuring step.

Customer harassment due to negligence of entry in system database

I purchased a sony viao laptop from Hyderabad Jubilee Hills Reliance digital showroom and they provided me with detailed documents for warranty which is valid till 2016. Now when I have gone for the servicing in Pune, Bibewadi centre - they refused to provide me the service and their opinion is the record is not updated in the system, even asked me to go back to Hyderabad Reliance digital showroom to update the details!! What kind of harassment is this to the customer? how can the employees be so careless?

Reliance resq is the worst thing to put money in ...there is a lot of mental trauma that comes free with it.. i have purchased a samsung mobile from the reliance digital and resq plan along with it. i registered a complaint regarding the phone on 19th sept 2015... and continuously for 3 weeks i had to call there executives daily to kindly pick up the product for the service. they took it very casualy. Upon having an heated argument finaly on 8th october, the mobile was collected from my place on 9th october and was told that there is no serious problem with the phone so it will be returned on 10th and if there is any serious problem then the same will be intimated. But there was no reply even the service center no. is always not reachable. So i called on 13th october- "the reply was that my complaint is being escaleted to the senior department and a call back will be aranged today"[protected]no call back
Again on 14th october- "we will arange a call back today"...no call back
14th october evening - " maam we are not able to find the spare parts for your product" ...which was a lie to just to get out of the situation.
On 15th october - they aranged a conference call with the call center with the executive named shipr - "maam we will return your product tomorow i.e. 16th october by 5 or 6 pm"
Waited on 16th ...bt nothing happened
called on 17th morning 10 am- "maam abhi hamare service center band honge to aap 11.30 k baad call krie"
then at 12 pm - the executive was rude and said "ki hum kuch ni krskte me apko mail id de raha hoon aap uss pr complaint kijie" on shouting he said " wait me dekhta hoon kuch ho skta h to" ...then the con call was arranged at service center again lady named shipra was on the line - " maam aapse bola to tha 15th ko ki mil jaega...aapka product "ok" hua pada h aaj technician ni h isliy kal milega"... i asked her exact date of return she replied - "maam abhi pata ni" on listening this when i shoutd a little then she asked to hold and she came with areply that aapka fon kal doosri jagah se aaya h usme fir se kuch problem hogy h to abhi ni pata kab milega aapko wapas:" ...
i mean this is a real height of your lies and mental torture to the costumers. from past one month all my buisness related work is suffering because of you guys. I have all my records of the call placed . i will be soon heading to consumer court for this.

I purchase LG 32 " TV and extended resq plan for one additional year, after 22 month due to some problem I gave a complain technician came and told taht mother board is gone and will replace it, after 10 day there is no call neither the part has been replace. I tried to call the customer call many time they just update and send the mail to concern.

Non payment of Rs. 3750/- towards RESQ Plan for HUL Marvella RO Water purifier service and maintenance

Facts:
History:
1) Purchased Marvella Water Purifier along with RESQ Plan 2 years back.
2) Last year when filter was to be changed contacted Reliance RESQ and after a great headache for about 10 days finally it was told that we have to get the service done from authorized HUL Service and submit bill to Rea;iance RESQ who in turn will reimburse the amount.
3) Complied and amount was refunded with some difficulty after about one month and about 10 visits
Current Problem:
4) This year again contacted Reliance RESQ for same at Shivam Road, Hyderabad and it was told that we need to get it done from authorized service of HUL like last year and submit bill
5) Complied and got the work done on 28.05.2015 from the authorized M/s. Sun Enterprises, Hyderabad vide no. 11127 for Rs. 3750/-
6) Bill submitted first on @ Reliance Shivam Road probably on June 1, which was accepted, scanned and was assured that payment will come through within 2-3 days
7) After usual numerous phone queries and some 3-4 visits the bill was again asked for which was given and again scanned by RESQ people and assured payment will come through next day
8) Step 7 repeated and it went on and on and now some 3-4 days back it was informed that we must produce changed filters parts etc. failing which claim is not entertained
9) Called customer care toll free who confirmed the requirement. It was informed that nobody informed us about this requirement while purchasing, while getting reimbursement last year, while approaching REQS in current case and now after 1 month this is the demand which is not possible to fulfill as the off-smelling parts have been disposed off in garbage and it is unreasonable to expect the customers to keep waste parts this long and that without any expectation or knowledge that these are required to be produced to prove the authenticity

Non professional and immature service and coordination between reliance and lenovo

I had given my phone (Lenovo P780) on 7th June 2015 to reliance store Indiranagar because of a problem in getting the network in the phone. I had taken the extended warranty under the reliance resq plan when I purchased the mobile as it said that it will take care most of the problems coming with the phone after the one year warranty given by the company. Initially the customer care manager had said, they would take about 10 days. Since I did not hear anything back from the company, I had to call them and find out what is the situation. The service desk team told that they did not have any idea as it was sent the phone to Lenovo and they gave me another ticket number (do not know for what was that though) and then later told me that it will be ready on 19th June and they will call back once it is ready, which eventually did not happen. Called customer care on 19th which was the promised date of delivery, and they come back saying that it will be given the following Monday which is 22nd June. Called them again on 22nd June and they told that it is ready and collect it on 23rd from the store where i had handed over the mobile. I go to the store on 23rd and the manager in the store tells me that it is not collected from the reliance resq store (which is malleshwaram) and told me that 24th Thursday it will be ready. On 24th morning someone from Lenovo calls me and tell that the phone is still being tested as initially they had replaced a motherboard and then again once more as there was fault with the one they had replaced and also some problem in display as well. Gave a promise that it will be given on 29th Monday. Today, Monday 29th June, I get a call from lenovo that they had put a wrong mother board in place. They had put a 4gb motherboard instead of a 8gb one which comes with the phone (Cant believe how a professional service provider can do such a stupid mistake.) And for that I have to wait again for another 7 days and can collect it next monday which would be 6th of July. It cannot get more ridiculous than this. Either they dont promise stuffs or make sure that they give it at right time. At the end reliance is not losing out nor lenovo. It is the me who is suffering. Completely lost trust in reliance or lenovo services. Reliance - you need to get your acts right and make sure your vendors also do their job right, else just pull of the resq scheme. Does not make sense...

commercial Solution for Unrepairable Hanset

Hi,
The Handset was purchased from the Wave Mall Store in Jan 2014. I have also bought the Extended Warranty for the same.
I have submitted the handset for repair on 18th April 2015, after 2-3 visits to the Service station and store(Wave mall). As the Warranty details were not uploaded by the Reliance staff.
I didn’t got any call from the service station or the Store for the same, although I went many times to the store to enquire about the handset. Last week on Wednesday I went to the [protected]@ wave mall then I was informed to visit the Service station as your Handset cannot be repaired. So they would offer some commercial solution.
Visited the service station on 13th June, had discussion with the staff over there. The solution they are offering is like 30 % of the value of the Handset.
I am not satisfied with the commercial solution that has been offered, as I purchased the Extended warranty to safe guard the mobile handset against any type of Mechanical fault.
And now if that is not repairable then company should offer me new handset or value at least equal to the price of the handset.

submit camera in reliance Q service center very late service Fake Service Dont Buy Any Electronics Product in reliance digital.

I had purchase a camera from the reliance digital shop in kurla. At the time of sale i was told
that the RESQ team will be providing service from the camera in the warranty period as well. I
Switch on the camera a few days back and found that there was a zooming problem. I logged in a
service request with reliance Digital customer care Executive mr. Tauseef Jundre and visit again
reliance tech Mr ajay Dubey his told few days before PCB circuit issue and today his says
zooming lance issue and also mail as well 2 times but nothing happened issue resolved.
Fromm Last 1 month it has not be repair. Yesterday (26th April) i was talking to the customer care executive
Nothing has been done yet.
they have told me that some lens problem is there and it will take 1 week more and he logged my concern and
give another reference (Ajay Dubey).
This is not the kind of service i expected from Reliance Digital. I choose them.
I am toughly disappointed with the way my service request is being ignore and no one attending it.

They just don't pick the calls or neglect them. They keep dragging the issue weeks together.
