livpure ro
September 24, 2018- i complained that my livpure ro is not functioning properly as i had taken reliance resq extended warranty for livpure ro
On the same day it was passed on to livpure and i received a reference number and a happy code to be given to technician after my ro is repaired.
October 27, 2018- i called reliance resq and they said it has been closed. When started complaining about the poor service being offered by reliance lady disconnected the call.

aquaguard water purifier complaint pending from last 12 days

1. Complaint for water purifier servicing on 11th aug 2018
2. Technician visited on 13th aug 2018 and made working purifier defective
3. He committed that part is faulty and will take 2-3 days time
4. On 21st aug when i called up resq conveyed that part arrived and will be replaced on the same day
5. On 22nd again i called up they again told me today for sure technician will attend the fault on the same day
6. Today morning on 23rd aug 2018 again i called, they conveyed today definitely this will be attended
7. Again i called up at 5:50pm, they conveyed that they escalated but they don't have anything more they can do
8. I am helpless and they conveyed me address of service center who are not listening, and suggested to visit that center

mobile phone extended warranty

I submitted my htc phone for repairs in reliance resq service centre calicut in december 2017.
The service provided was so poor that they didn’t even contacted me for next 2 months.
I called them and enquired about the phone. They didn’t gave a good response by saying that they are waiting for the spares.
I again called them after 2 months, and the reply was almost same.
Today i called them, and enquired about the phone by giving the date of submission of the phone. They got the details of the phone like model, number etc.. I asked them why they didn’t called me for so long and complained about their irresponsible behaviour. Now their behaviour changed and the manager was saying it is the customer’s responsibility to call them. Even now the phone is not repaired i believe.
This is very disappointing that such a reputed company have irresponsible staff.

My new Nokia 7 plus mobile screen was broken so I contacted reliance ResQ, they picked up my phone[protected].at the time of pickup they said within 10 working days mobile will be repaired and gave back to me.but today is[protected] I didn't get any update from reliance ResQ team'.if I call them they only sayings we are waiting the response of our underwriter, the 10 working days already over.really it is disgusting . please make my phone back.

reliance resq i never seen like this pathetic service.- no response on aquaguard purifier repair issue for past 1 month

I took 3 yrs extended warranty for aquaguard water purifier. My purifier is not working for last 30 days and i made a request for repair on 3rd june 2018, with resq extended warranty dept and they promised me service technician will come for repairs within 24 to 48 hrs but till date (31 days) no one came to repair the purifier. I had called 20 more times to follow and no response. Please do not waste your money on reliance extended warranty and do not. I never seen like this pathetic service.

laptop service

I had a starting problem in my dell 5559 laptop. It shows the starting symbol of dell and windows but after that the home screen was not coming so as my laptop was in reliance resq warranty period, i gave it to the service center located near o. P. Road, vadodara. First of all they said that there is an issue with the os and they have to format my laptop so they told me to get backup from my laptop from another store. So with the cost of 500 inr i got my backup done. After that i gave it to the service center. At the time of giving laptop for taking backup they told me not to take recovery. After 2 days i got call and i was told that there is an error during recovery and they cannot be able to install the os. So i went there and ask for solution so they told me that at the time of purchase that i have to get the recovery from the laptop with which i was not aware. So i took my laptop back and went to the reliance digital store from where i purchased my laptop. I told him these whole thing so he told me to download the recovery from the dell support site. After that i got the recovery done in my bootable pendrive and gave it back again to the reliance resq service center. So they tried 2 times but the recovery process stopped at 94% each time. So they called me again to collect my laptop as they were not able to repair it.
So this was the scenario
As my laptop was in warranty period, i expected that they would have solution but instead i have to find solution on my own. They told me that if there is a problem in software, they do not cover in warranty which i knew but as my recovery was original, why they were not able to install my os??
They told me to purchase the new os dvd but as i already have my recovery why would i purchase that??
And they did not provide the information about the recovery from the dell support site.
I'm an engineering student of mechanical branch i have to submit my final year project in that time.
But this issue is started from 13th june 2018 and today is 4th july 2018.
And i have to go to that service center for 4 to 5 times which is located at a distance of around 10 km. I did not get my solution and my laptop repaired, my whole month gone in vain.
Total waste of time and energy.
And one more thing they also misplace 2 screws from my laptop and they did not give back the bill or form filled with details of issue.
So this was the scenario

I submitted my laptop in reliance Resq for battery connecting issue service in (naganallur Chennai-600061) on 6/2/2018 many times in this 3months I spoken with executive they told next week next week for past 3months till now I have not received any calls from reliance Resq.since I m the customer of 1st branch of Chennai mount road., As reliance vintage customer I never expect this bad service from reliance Resq. A Local dealer can give the better service than this for battery issue.

reliance extended warranty team is worst and waste of our hard earned money

I took extended warranty with fridge. My refrigerator is not working for last 15 days and i made a request for repair on 17th april 2018 (Repair equest # [protected]) with reliance warranty dept and they promised me service technician will come for repairs within 24 to 48 hrs but till date (6 days) no one came to repair the fridge in this chennai summer. I had called 3 more times to follow and no response. Reliance contracted its repair services to sri sai services anna nagar and they are very rude and not customer friendly. Please do not waste your money on reliance extended warranty and do not buy anything from reliance

ac service call not addressed from 15 days

Purchased, 2 year extended warranty with reliance resq...in vadodara... Now after 1 year i have registered two requests on 21st feb 18, today is 4th march to service my acs, no service person has yet visited to resolve the issues.
Each time we call the customer care, they are just keeping us on hold for more than 15 minutes, not taking call seriously.
Tired of calling them again and again for same from last 2 weeks. Worst service, will never recommend them to anyone...

I bought Aquaguard(RO+UV+TDS) water purifier in last year march under Resq plan. From 3 days it is not working. I have raised a complaint immediately. Till now it is not resolved.Kids in home are suffering.Why you people promise customers all complaints will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs without implementation.

I took 1 years extended warranty by paying 10 k to reliance resq but when i raised a service request in the warranty they said we cant provide service as the part is not available. We will pay you 60 % of the product cost.
What the hell is this??? We payed 10 k extra from the prouduct cost to maintain the life of my product and when the time came to serve the customer they saying we can't serve you take 60% money back. It this the solution.
Then why you commited to 2 years before to serve us and took the money, today if i will sell my product i will get 50-60 % easily then why i have paid 10k for you what service you are providing by taking the money on the name of extended warrany.
If you are failing to replace the part then you should replace it with same new product that is the meaning of warranty.
Resq fake company just to earn money from customer by providing fake service commitment.
Worst interaction.

stabilizer servicing still not completed

Hi team,
This is in regard of the ticket “[protected]” related to repair of the v-guard stabilizer.
Background of issue: we basically purchased a samsung refrigerator in june 2017. During the installation we purchased the stabilizer from resq executive. Last monday 23rd october we found the stabilizer not working and raised it to resq team. The executive picked up the stabilizer on 24th and informed us that it will be delivered the next day.
On thursday i. E. 26th when we didn’t hear from you guys i raised a complaint with the above ticket. From then on everyday when i call the resq customer care the service center will say only one line “ we are waiting for approval form the company”. I don’t understand why does it take 1 week just to get the approval?
Also every time i call the customer care they say “we will call you in 2 hours with the update and sometime even promise that it will be delivered tomorrow end of the day” but then i will never hear any update from them. And when i call back the drama is played again. Is this the way you guys give service support to the customers?
Even a stand-by stabilizer is not provided. We buy stabilizer to protect the devices from high voltage and if you guys take this long time to service it during which the refrigerator stays unprotected then not sure why do i have to buy this stabilizer from you guys? I will have to again run behind you guys if the refrigerator is damaged during this time for which you guys again take long time to service it.
I have even sent a mail to even "[protected]@resq.in" 2 days before. Haven't heard from them also till now.
None of the resq executives nor the service centre people care about the customer grievances. Seriously fed up with your service support. Please take this as a high priority issue and revert back with valid support.

ir-responsive and incompetent turn-around from branch people

I had deposited my reliance reconnect thunderstorm speaker at reliance resq (Bangur branch, kolkata; job sheet - 3233). People in there never updated me on anything and chose to ignore my calls 9 out of 10 times. The one time they receive, they'd say they need more time. Constantly lying about everything associated with the repair of my product and fetching time by making implausible excuses. They made me wait for a month after which when i went to collect my device (Not repaired) out of frustration, it was in a condition worse than how i deposited. The incompetent and pretentious folks in that joint didn't even have the courtesy to apologize after i pointed out the lies they said and how everyone of them had lied differently. I am a potential buyer and have bought many appliances from reliance. I am changing my buying destinations now because i am really not used to such superior service. Names that i must bring forward - roshan ara (Receptionist), wasim, the manager (I do not remember his name).

Wanted an engineer to visit and service the water filter. Have been calling up since 26th October. Till date i.e the 5th Nov 2017, no one has turned up despite promising to send someone Everytime we call. That is of course if you can get someone to attend the calls. Utterly hopeless. Will demand my entire service charges paid to be refunded.

Worst service that i have ever seen in my life, on 18th aug 2017 i have submitted my laptop in reliance resq (Pimple saudagar (Pune) due to power issue, for the past one month i am caching them to resolve but no one taking seroius action on that, today morning i received call from vijay (Resq team) & said this is related to mother board we can't handle, please visit other repair shop

Most worst service that i have ever seen, i have brought yamaha home theater system in reliance digital store with reliance resq extended warranty for 2years, unfortunately my device stop working last month, after several follow up reliance representative has visited and taken my device for 10days they said part is awaited, after they told part received we will replace and test it for 24 hours and return its been 5days they are not responding, and call center never reponds, simply says we will arrange a call back, if we speak little rude then they simply disconnect the call iam worried how to get my home theater back from them,

worst service and false information

On dated 19th july, 2017 first we complaint about problem in my microwave oven under call no. [protected], resq service eng visited my place on dated 21st july, 2017 and after 15 min of inspection they said now the product is ok but when he gone again problem rise.
On dated 23rd july, 2017 we again complaint about the same against call no. [protected] but no one came to attend it and on dated 26th, 2017 they msg me that your problem is attended (False information).
Reliance digital always give very bad service and false information in the best of my knowledge, we faced the same problem in my air conditioner, their service eng not attend the problem after 20 days (Contact no. [protected] to see my history)
We purchased ac on dated 31st may, 2016 but they install it on dated 7th june and the product is defective and have gas leakage problem that would attended on 27th june, 2016, in sort at the cost of 36000, we used the ac for only 4 months, and your service eng not visited or solve vthe problem on satisfactory level.
At this time same things happen with my microwave, we assure you that in future we never purchase anything from reliance digital and also not suggest to anyone.

My voltas ac has been out of order since last 20 days. The ac was purchased from relince digital and amc is beingg provided from relq. But it is very unfortunate that after a gap of 20 days and so many complaints registered nothing has been done. No satisfactory reply was given by relq representtie. As the summer season is in peak, and already 20 days has been gone, my complaint is still remains same.

Sony 32 inch tv given for repair on april 1st not return till date

We had given an tv for repair that the display got some glitch lines over the top. So as that we had given a complaint to reliance req team branch (Kukatpally, hyderabad) the date we handed over the tv is on april 1st 2017 and we didn't get any confirmation that the tv got repaired or it gets replaced by other one, till date. The staff that we aproched personally or by call are so worst in responding. We didn't think that reliance is such worst in selections of staff members so if this complaint is really checked by consumer complaints staff respond!

Water purifier not working since a week.

I made a complaint for my pureit water purifier under contract, the mechanic came to attend call no. [protected] dated 20/05/2017 and confirmed that
Problem is fixed but very next day it started giving problem we made call no.[protected] on 24/05/2017 and again two mechanics came and taken pictures etc. Made a video and gone. Since than we have called to the call
Centre but so far no satisfactory answer. We are without water since a week
And buying water from outside every day. We do not know when it will be done.
Since we are under yearly maintenance with resq and paid charges but at a loss to understand that why the problem is not fixed yet. The mechanics came also did not give their contact numbers to contact them or they did not inform even the problem and delay.
Will you look in to the matter and do the needful?

I have registered the complaint by calling to customer care on april 03, 2017 and its service request number 20533872.
When i called several times to customer care number then came to know that the issue is assigned to technician abhishek patak.
As off now, no one called or visited my home to attend the issue.
I am experiencing one of the worst support from reliance resq team.
No one is bothered about the customer complaint and i have to run behind the team by calling and mailing several time.
Please let me know who is the right person to contact so that the issue will be addressed on priority basi

I had logged a complaint in ResQ on 28th March 2017. My complaint number is [protected]. I am followed up with ResQ support about this for 5 times but every time their support executive told your issue will be resolved by today but the issue still not resolved.
They have pathetic service I ever was seen. They even don't bother to message or call the client about the status of the request. They are charging the premium on their product and selling their ResQ service, People buy their service considering a big brand name but they are not following their commitments. Please don't buy any reliance Q service.

I have bought an AC split 1, 5 tone Panasonic on[protected] vide Retail sail Invoice No.[protected] costing Rs 39289 including stabiliser and out door unit mild steel brackets. The delivery took place on[protected] night about 8.00 pm and the Relience Digital, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad of Telangana State forgotten the objective of the purchase. I called the given store number and reminded for installation, they send a technician he him self called on[protected] and installed partially without demonstrating user guide how to use and functions as I am new to it.
today i.e on[protected] I called the customer care Panasonic on [protected] and registered a compliant for installation that the AC is not working after 3 hours the customer care people says that the problem will be sorted out Reliance people only I again called Relience Digital store people narrating the customer care people said. The response from Relience Digital store is nill and again says that problem will be solved this is continuing since I purchased.

I purchased a refrigerator LG Ff 4201 GI-i472qnsl Noble Steel (Serial No JQAZ609PRCMO81859IN), 420 ltr 30/11/2016 which was installed on 01/12/2016 by LG. Now, it has stopped cooling as well as freezer is non functional. The defect was reported to LG Complaints on 07/02/17 (complaint no[protected]. LG representative came on 08/02/2017 & could not rectify/went back with promise to send someone else. Request replace the fridge which went off road in 2 months time.

Big time cheaters reliance resq

They are not getting my item repaired even after several days. I have spent 7000/= for 2 years amc. Still they are ignoring my calls and not getting the things done by one of their franchise in kolkata naming m/s digitech service. Their lead mr. Rahul bhattacharya not responding to my calls. Truly scam this reliance resq and digitech service. Even writing to their customer service head, sitting in mumbai, whose email is cshead. [protected]@ril.com doesn't work or act either. When i earlier intimated one of their technician sanjib sarkar saying that my ro might have damaged around a month back but the sr. Technician sarkar intimated and misleaded me by saying the ro machine is alright. Now i have got severe gastro-intestinal problem (Ibs). I am sueing resq for their irresponsible behavior and service. Now i have got a one year old baby, a handicapped mother, my spouse all are suffering for reliance's callousness. I strongly do not recommend resq and reliance to anyone!

This is the worst customer support till now I have faced in my life.
I have brought a purit in reliance digital with extended warranty from Reliance-resq.
And my first service request I logged on 17th sept 2016. They said they need to replace some board and they should order it and then receive and will fix it by 21st sept 2016, Wednesay Then I called them on 22nd sept, they said order has been dispatched.
Then I called up local customer support guy from resq, he said by saturday he should receive it and he will fix it. Or it will definitely reach on monday morning and they will fix it,
When I call the customer care today 26th sept 2016, they are tellling, it should be delivered to the internal team. And local team is telling it is not delivered and it may take 2 more days.
This is my first complaint after the warranty period is started. After paying 20k for pureit with warranty, its been 10 days, I am paying for water.
And resq claims that customer service request will be serviced with in 24 to 48 hours. Its been 10 days now.
They didn't even intimate me anything about the dealy and everytime I have to call customer care and wait for 10 and get to know about the status.
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, DONT OPT THIS, IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM RELIANCE.

After a year I had a minor problem in the screen so I visited a reliance resq named as AITHAL solutions service centre at mangalore, in kodialbail. Such a bad service.. Its been almost 2 months i am following up with reliance resq team to get repaired my led panasonic tv which have the relaince resq insurance till 2018.
After a long follow up, they have arranged an panasonic engineer to visit my home, they took the tv panel, and now it almost a month i am following up with both the teams, panasonic and reliance resq for an update.
Eeach time when i call, panasonic guys tell they have sent the quotation and waiting for reliance resq's approval, and reliance resq team will say they have already sent the approval. I have shared their numbers and asked them to get in touch and get the approval soon, but still same story.
I really do not kknow what to do in this situation, to whom i can escalate? There are no proper follow up from reliance resq team, everytime i have to call them and ask what is the latest update, that time they will remember they have a customer like this.
Really do not know how they are gettiong paid without doing anything!!!
