Reliance Resq — Delay in repairing

Greetings,
My name is Rupam Jana, I have purchase a Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 star AC on March 2021. 2 weeks ago my AC stops working I generated a request for service and the technician came and let me know that the indoor unit's PCB circuit is faulty. Since the product is in Brand warranty it's ResQ 's responsibilty to replace the PCB circuit. I called to ResQ support center and tell them to give this matter a stress since I have a medical issue in home but no action is taken from ResQ team. If no further action is taken I will take a legal step regarding this issue.
