Reliance Digital Resq has not fixed my fridge for over 3 weeks! They keep closing complaints without fixing the fridge. Each time they order a part, we have to wait for a full week. They have tried replacing PCB, compressor and the fridge still does not work.

After 2 weeks of no results, we asked them to give a tempos fridge. While we have a 500L side-by-side fridge, they proposed to send us a small fridge from their junk yard!

Now 3 weeks have passed and Resq repair people don’t even pickup my calls! Terrible customer service and support.

Reliance Digital should have repaired or replaced the fridge by now.

I regret buying from Reliance Digital.
