Reliance Resq — New Water filter stopped working within 2 months

Reliance RESQ team,
Brand new water purifier purchased from Reliance store stopped working within 2 months
This was fine as it’s a appliance and can have failure but worst part is your technical team has no clue on what part failed.
On top of it every technician visiting informs upfront that any new part installation will take at least 2-3 days as they don’t have spares available.
If reliance have no spares available then why at first point are you selling these purifiers and adding RESQ warranty when your technicians are not fully knowledgeable and at mercy of spares availability from store managers?
I never faced this issues with warranty directly with the company since they have all spares available and their technicians are fully knowledgeable and aware and help customers understand the issue.
First and foremost company should stop lying about false promises of getting warranty from reliance and get their staff trained especially the customer care who doesn’t even care about the customer.
I called up customer care thrice and they purposely dropped my call and during call if I inform them that my previous call dropped off - they say don’t worry sir we will call you back if call gets disconnected. This never happened and like a fool I had to call them 3 times wasting 20 mins in telling them the issue all over again since the I had to get the punishment from getting the product purchased from reliance store.
Pathetic call center staff, unprofessional technician and worst sales staff is what I would sum of my Reliance store experience
