Reliance Resq — not receiving reimbursement for water purifier | |||||
I havent received the reimbursement for the water purifier filter change request. The customer care team had confirmed that only bill is required for the reimbursement but now the service request team is asking for the old filters also, without that i wont get reimbursement. The old filters were taken by the service guy and i have no idea about that but i only have the bill for claiming reimbursement which i have provided to the Reliance team.
