I am following up on my lg 6 kg washing machine repair issue with reliance customer care team for past one month. Reliance technician team and customer care team are unable to find resolution for this issue. No resolution, no standby machine provided by reliance yet.

15 - 20 days back i requested for standby washing machine until reliance resque team repaired my washing machine but no action has been taken on this request as well.
