Reliance Resq — reconnect tv /not responding for complaint even after 40 days after complaint

I bought a reconnect tv on 2016 with additional resq care warranty upto 2020. This tv creates lot of problem to us, speker problem and display problem nothing is good in this, still now they changed the speaker and display once. But now again the display is not working again i have complained, they came and said again, we will replace that, they said that on 27.10.2018 but still i dnt receive any new display or any updates from them. Its a worst response tat also for a paid warrenty. We dnt expect this from reliance reconnect is a worst tv if can't produce a quality product pls stop tat production. How many times we r struggling to follow this kind of issues waste product. Atleast pls change the display now, for the past 40 days no tv in my home. Good reward for bought this wonderful tv. Just do this upto 2020 here aft i won't buy any reliance products thank u.
