I purchased Hitachi Split AC 1.5t (HIT SAC RSNG317HCEA) AC by end of 27th of April 2019 for INR 39, 375 from Reliance Retail Limited with resq plan (AMC till 25th April 2023) for which I paid INR 9239.20 .
Since I have purchased AMC, I would request Resq team by calling their customer care number and by lodging a complain on their app that I need service, every year I face delayed service, delayed means waiting time of more than 15days, the customer care department would sometimes not even take the request and would simply say that a technician will call you within 48 hours(which obviously does not happen) after waiting for some days I would call them and they would say there is not request from my side, I would have to make a rerequest.
This year again same issue, I have been waiting for the issue to be resolved since a months time and till now my ac is not working. the 1st guy who came to my place said "gas filing is needed and he does not have gas, so he will order and get it sorted" this took a weeks time, the AC was still not working and I was asked to make another complain, another guy came and said motor and a part needs repair, so he took both the parts, came after 3 days, fixed them after invest 3hours and I was assured that this ac will work fantastic now, within 15mins AC was not working, giving high noise and would stop automatically. I made a complain again then another guy came to inspect AC he said "gas is needed, someone will come and refill it", next day the guy came and he said there is no gas leakage but motor has some problem, so again no solution. Now I'm waiting for someone from resq to come and resolve the issue.
this is a mental harassments for me, I have a small child of 8months, she gets disturbed because there is something or the other going on when these guys come and my office (WFH) is also getting disturbed because resq team is not giving me solution, looks like they don't know the actual issue and they are simply sending people one after other and giving us mental harassments. I have attached below picture of Resq teams note about parts and still I don't have any solution
