Reliance Resq — Service ID [protected], resolution not provided for AC maictenance service

I have purchased ResQ Care Plan on 31.08.2022 wherein extended warranty for 4 years was promised including quarterly servicing of the AC. Although the technician is not visiting by default every quarter, I have to raise service request every time I need servicing of my AC.
On 17.03.2024 I called reliance customer care no. [protected] for raising service request for Wet servicing of my AC and the customer care executive assured me that the technician will visit in next 48 hours. When technician didn't visit even by 20.03.2024, I again called toll free no. and the executive informed me that no request has been raised for my AC. On my request he raised a service request and informed that I'll get SMS alert also. I also requested the executive to lodge a complaint against the executive who falsely promised me on 17.03.2024 about raising a request, on which they informed that they cannot forward the call for complaint, but they assured me that I'll get a call back within 4 hours from their senior executives. I have neither received any alert for my service request nor received any call back from senior executive.
When the technician didn't visit by 23.03.2024, I again called the toll free and detailed all the past events to the executive, who again assured me that the technician shall visit by 24.03.2024. I clearly explained the executive that this would be the last opportunity and if the technician doesn't visits by 24.03.2024, then the company shall be liable to refund my full premium paid towards purchasing the ResQ Care Plan as there is no use of it since company is making false promises every time and the promised services are also not rendered.
As my request dated 17.03.2024 is still not resolved and no technician has visited so far even by 25.03.2024, I demand full refund of my premium paid towards ResQ Care Plan and compensation of Rs.1.00 lakh towards mental agony caused due to inaction, irresponsibility, deficiency in service and false assurances by the company.
