We have purchased a SONY 49 UHD SMART LED TV 49X7500H on 29th November 2020, at the time of installation on January 2021 we have paid an extended warranty for a period of 4 years Rs 14999/- (Receipt attached) The extended warranty was mentioned in the receipt up-to 28th November 2025
On 24th June 2024 we have raised a complaint for the service request No [protected], 2nd service request on 30th June 2025 service request No [protected] & 3rd request on 06th July 2025 service request No[protected] we came to know through the service team that the services are chargeable as out of warranty.
After several calls and reminders and complaints we noticed that the extended warranty was punched in the system up-to 28th November 2024 for 3 years amount paid was Rs 10500/-
We have a receipt for 4 years extended warranty paying Rs 14999/-, account transfer details (attached)
No response or solution from the RESQ team even after several reminders (EMAILS) phone calls
Is hope the RESQ has cheated us by collecting excess money and punched for 3 years extended warranty instead of 4 years
