Reliance Smart Sim — I didn't get my number [protected]

Sir, i am using reliance smart sim no. [protected] since 7 years in between i change this no.in mnp to vodafone network but now i didn't get by no. When i lost it vodafone network says this no. Is return to reliance network please help in this matter. Since two months i running to vodafone store i give all documents at last they said according to trai they return to reliance network.
