Same is my case.. I have disconnected the service. Had been suffering from there servic since May now. First they tell to upgrade, then they fail to launch and shut down CDMA without intimation. Then they restart CDMA without intimation and their CC numbers are never answered. Then they change my plan from NetConnect+ 40GB to LTE4G 10gb and now they are telling me to enjoy 5GB at 1100 rental. Thanks Reliance.. Good job on loosing your loyal customers.

Same in my case ... I am also going to file complaint against Reliance.
