[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — Uninformed deduction | |||
This is to hereby bring into your notice that I am a reliance gsm user My mobile number is [protected] I have recharged my account with an Internet pack of ₹198 thrice in the past 10 days dated 10/03/2016, 14/03/2016, 17/03/2016 the data is diducted very quickly And on asking the usage of my data pack and the consumption of the data from the customer care center I have been told to call after 2 hours as some system upgradation is going on This has happened all the 10 times that I called there And on top of it one of the customer care representative called me at 1 am from his personal number On my repeated attempts to find out my usage I could not get any help from the customer care Then I spoke to Mr.Shubhankar and Mr.Abhishek Basu at reliance house Kolkata who promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours and even after 72 hours Shubhankar is not reveiving the call and Abhishek Basu is unable to help Please do the needfull Highly disappointed Brij Kirti Bansal [protected] Kolkata Was this information helpful? | |||
