I have taken Wi pod connection on 9th October 2015, it was activated on 11th Oct. From the day one I have been getting the speed less than 10KB/s against claimed 14.7Mbp/s. I have raised a complaint on the same with customer care on 12th Oct 2015 with the nos[protected]. I was promised to get the issue solved and also a call from technical team within three days. Even after repeated follow up with the customer care, nobody from the technical team contacted as mentioned nor the issue solved. When I have contacted CC they are clueless and require more time, which I don't have.
I would like this complaint to be sorted at the earliest, since I am without internet connection for last six days even after investing on the instrument and I am not going to pay the rent for these days which I have not used.
I would be happy if the speed is at least half of what it is claimed. Also the same crispness and speed of the sales team to replicated with the after sales service team
