Reliance Trends — Cheating

I purchased 2 garments from Reliance Trends, Total Mall, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. The offer said that if I purchased worth 2999, I get vouchers worth Rs.1000. After I made the purchase, I was told that to use the 1000 Rs voucher I have to buy for another 2000 Rs. I expressed my displeasure at the way the whole thing is a sham. All the staff in the store pretended not to hear me, and I asked for a refund of the bill I purchased. After that I spoke to Mr. Vincent Patrick ([protected]), who informed the store not to give me the refund of Rs.3400 and instead I was to be given a store credit. I do not want a credit from the same store I had such a bad experience with, and I lost my cool. Mr. Vincent has the audacity to tell me to take up the issue with Mr.Ambani. Your employees have the nerve to speak to customers like that ? He later realized his mistake and called and apologized and even offered me a cash refund, but it was too late, I had left the building, but I want this to be taken up. I'm guessing that nothing will come from this complaint, considering that there is no field to capture my contact information, but I'm mentioning it here - [protected]@gmail.com I would like to ensure that this attitude of cheating customers and disrespectful staff are heard by the management at Reliance Trends.
