On 24th July 2025, my wife made a purchase of 2821.70 (Tax Invoice No: - TSL[protected]. Ongoing promotional offer of Additional 25% off on purchase of 2499 and above. she was eligible for the discount; However, the discount was not applied at the billing counter.
When she inquired about this with the staff at the cash counter, they responded rudely and provided incorrect or unclear information. claiming that the discount would only apply on a purchase of socks of 600 more or said conflicting things. today my wife contacted the store manager and receive a similar vague response, further stating that the offer would apply on our next purchase. We feel cheated and disappointed with the customer service at the kunhadi, Kota store.
I request immediate action on this issue. We should receive the 25% discount that was valid at the time of purchase.
