Reliance Trends — credit note expired

I bought four track pants from reliance trend, ambi mall, gurgaon but unfortunately the material was not up to the mark so we returned it back and got the credit notes, amounting rs.1100/-. As i was away from delhi for almost 3 months, the credit note expired, only few days after the expiry i visited the store to avail the credit note but they refused. I wrote a mail to customer care team of reliance, got a call back informing return or issue a fresh credit note. The female executive who called was very rude to talk and was literally shouting. I did ask her if i can speak to her senior, she said she will call again, but no call came. It is is my money. And i have full right to get back my money. Would request to expedite on this issue.
